Do our physicians have to create an account?

No. They get a secure link and a six-digit code. They open it, review the order, and sign — usually in about 30 seconds, from their phone. No login, no password, nothing to install. That's the single biggest reason offices actually use it.

What if a physician doesn't want to switch?

We'll call that office ourselves and walk them through it. You don't have to convince anybody — handling the physician relationship is part of what you're paying us for.

Is Ordavo HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your agency before any patient information goes into the system, and our emails are built to carry no patient details — just a secure link and a code.

Will Medicare accept an electronic signature?

Yes. Medicare accepts handwritten and electronic signatures as long as the signature is authenticated and clearly attributable to the signer, which is exactly how Ordavo works. (Stamped signatures are the ones Medicare doesn't accept.)

Does Ordavo connect to our EHR?

Not yet — and that's exactly why we're quick to start. There's no integration project, no IT involvement, and no setup fee. You upload the order or snap a photo of it, we get it signed, and you download the signed copy back into your system. Most agencies are live the same day.

What happens when an order is stalling?

Ordavo reminds the office automatically on the schedule you set. If it's still sitting, you press one button and we call the office ourselves, walk them through signing, and log exactly what happened in your dashboard.

How long does it take to get started?

Same day. There's nothing to install. We set up your account, add your physicians for you, and you can send your first order within minutes.

Are we locked into a contract?

No. Month to month is the default — no setup fee, no commitment, cancel any month. Quarterly and yearly billing exist only if you'd rather pay less; yearly saves you two months. That's your choice, never a requirement.
