Physician orders, signed in hours.

An agency cannot bill until a physician signs. Ordavo works with the way your team already sends orders, and the physician signs in about thirty seconds. No account. No portal. Nothing to adopt.

Flat monthly pricing. Unlimited orders. Setup handled for you.

The problem

Care is delivered.
Payment waits on
one signature.

The visit happened. The order is written. But until a physician signs it, Medicare will not pay, and the claim sits.

Physicians will not log into another portal

Every tool built for this asks the busiest person in the building to create an account. So the order waits on the one person who has no incentive to help.

Faxes disappear without a trace

No confirmation it arrived. No reminder. No status. The order lives in a pile on someone else's desk, and nobody at the agency can see it.

Nobody owns the follow-up

It sits in one coordinator's inbox. When intake gets busy, it slips. And an order that sits too long is not just late. Under Medicare rules an unsigned order is no valid order at all, and it cannot be fixed after the fact.

The idea

We removed the login.

That single change is the entire business. The physician receives the order the way they already receive things, taps once, and signs the real document. There is no account to create, no app to download, and nothing for the office to switch to.

A physician signing a medical order on a phone
In practice

Thirty seconds,
between patients.

No portal to remember. No password to reset. The physician opens the link, reviews the actual order, and signs. Their signature is saved, so the next one takes a single tap.

How it works

Four steps.
Nothing to
replace.

Ordavo sits on top of the systems and workflows an agency already uses. There is no migration and no rip and replace.

Upload the order

Attach the real document or photograph it with a phone, then choose the physician from your directory. Confirm every detail on one review screen before anything is sent.

You send it the way you already do

Fax, email, or text, through the same channel your team uses today. Ordavo gives you the link and, for fax, a cover sheet carrying a scannable code. Nothing about how you send changes.

The physician signs

One tap, a short verification code, and a signature drawn on the actual order. Roughly thirty seconds, with no account and no password. Their signature is saved, so the next order takes one tap.

The signed order returns

Stamped on the real document with the date and the physician's NPI, backed by a full audit trail and a tamper-evident record. Your team bills sooner.

For physicians

Nothing to sign up for.

You are not being asked to adopt a system, learn a portal, or remember another password. An agency sends an order, you tap the link, you sign. That is the whole interaction.

  • No account, no password, no app
  • Works on the phone already in your hand
  • Your signature is saved for one-tap signing
  • Flag a wrong patient or send a note back instantly
For agencies

Stop chasing. Start billing.

Every order, its status, and how long it has been waiting, in one queue. Unsigned orders chase themselves so your intake coordinator can do the work you hired them for.

  • Automatic reminders, then escalation to a call queue
  • Time to sign and hours saved, measured
  • Physician and patient directories, no retyping
  • Complete audit trail on every signature
Compatibility

Your fax machine stays exactly where it is.

Most software in this category quietly assumes the physician's office will modernize. They will not, and they should not have to.

Ordavo does not replace your fax and does not ask you to send differently. You fax the order exactly as you do today, with a cover sheet that carries a scannable code. The office scans it with a phone and signs in seconds. An office that only ever touches paper can still sign electronically.

Your agency keeps its EMR. Your physicians keep their habits. Ordavo handles the one step in the middle that was broken.

Questions

The things agencies ask first.

Are electronic signatures valid for Medicare orders?
Yes. Electronic signatures are accepted for Medicare documentation provided they are authenticated and attributable to the signing physician. Every Ordavo signature is stamped on the original order with the date and the physician's NPI, accompanied by a signature certificate and a tamper-evident hash of the signed document.
Do our physicians have to create accounts?
Never. That is the central design decision. A physician receives a link and a one-time code, signs the actual order, and is finished. There is no registration, no password, and no application to install, which is precisely why physicians actually complete it.
Does this replace our EMR?
No. Ordavo handles one step, getting a physician's signature onto an order quickly and provably. Your agency keeps the system it already runs on. There is no migration and no data to move.
How do you handle patient information?
A business associate agreement is executed before any patient information enters the system, and orders are encrypted in transit and at rest with access restricted to your agency alone. No other agency can see your orders, patients, or physicians under any circumstance.
Do you send the fax for us?
No, and we want to be precise about that. Your team sends the order through the same fax, email, or text line it uses today. What Ordavo provides is the signing link, and for fax a cover sheet with a scannable code the office can open on a phone. Sending faxes directly from Ordavo is on the roadmap, and we would rather tell you what is built than describe something that is not.
What does onboarding involve?
We handle it. Your agency profile, order types, and physician directory are configured for you, and your team is walked through the first orders live. Most agencies are sending real orders the same week they start.
